  1. He was a solid player but I don’t think he deserved to make it over Brian Dawkins or Steve Atwater.

    1. Alex Furtado Well he’s had to wait a long time for this. Plus i’m sure both players you mentioned will get there at some point.

    2. My rebuttal to that is look at Kenny Easley’s stats compared to Atwater’s. Easley has more turnovers than Atwater in a shorter time frame.

    3. It’s a classic longevity v. peak performance issue. Easley was arguably the best safety who ever played at his best; but we didn’t see his best for long due to health issues (and not just the kidney problems that retired him).

    1. Odell Beckham Jr. #Odeezy #13Hunnit #BreakinRecords

Sorry, but you’re wrong here. While he played, the argument was b/t him an Ronnie Lott, and it was close. LC is not the hitter Easley was, and has to make make a few more plays in bigger moments to start to compare. LC is a rising player, but not there yet

    2. Odell Beckham Jr. #Odeezy #13Hunnit #BreakinRecords of course said by an odell fanboy who has no idea about football

  2. Easley should have been moved to FS, and he wanted that change. Coach’s after the 1984 season figured out that shifting the TE all the way towards the sideline, isolated Kenny, and took him out of the action. Not sure why coach Knox & DC Catlin were resistant to the idea.
